Responsibilities include supervising the activities of bus operators; supporting the needs of bus operators; maintaining LYNX’ service standards; ensuring on-time performance of bus routes; problem solving; investigating accidents, incidents, and complaints; completing reports; providing service delivery; and assuring that the highest quality of customers service.
